He is focused on Plattsburgh Creative Signs being the easiest sign shop for the customer to interact with in the sign industry. He has been involved in every part of the process, including design and production, as well as marketing, management of complex projects, obtaining permitting and most importantly, he has purchased signs. As a consumer, he thoroughly understands and is empathetic to the struggles customers can face during the process. Because of his firsthand knowledge and experience, his vision ensures the customer will have an enjoyable and easy experience when ordering custom signage.
