Professional Engineer Wayne Ryan and Land Surveyor Scott Allen founded AES Northeast in 1988. Soon, the firm began to expand, bringing in additional specialties to serve the needs of the Adirondack region. A water and wastewater treatment group was developed to address the environmental needs of small Adirondack communities, especially those bordering Lake Champlain. AES Northeast’s Architecture and MEP Engineering departments work together as a building systems design group to serve our commercial clients. They also provide a wide range of services for municipal, commercial, and residential projects throughout Northern New York. They use the latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit software, and consider cost effectiveness and environmental impact for every project! Pretty great, right?
